Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that choosing the right feeding Appliances for your pet is important, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from our store, ensuring a fair and straightforward process for all customers. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the guidelines outlined below.
Eligible returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. This includes pet bowls, feeders, and replacement parts that have not been used, scratched, or damaged in any way. Products that have been used, cleaned, modified, or damaged (including damage caused by improper use or handling) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Additionally, certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including personalized items (if applicable), opened replacement parts, and any products marked as “final sale” on our store. These restrictions are in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products for all pets, as used feeding Appliances cannot be resold or reused safely.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first complete the return request process through our store’s designated channel. Once your return request is submitted and approved, you will receive a return authorization (if required) and detailed instructions on how to package and ship the product back to us. Please do not ship any products back without first obtaining approval, as unapproved returns may be refused or delayed in processing.
When packaging your return, please use a sturdy box and include all original packaging and accessories to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, damaged product delivered).
Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the product to verify its eligibility. Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive the package. If the product meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your return or exchange promptly.
For returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will include the full purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping costs and return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product to you once the returned product has been inspected and approved. If the replacement product has a different price than the original purchase, you will be responsible for paying the difference (if the replacement is more expensive) or we will issue a partial refund for the difference (if the replacement is less expensive). Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by us only if the exchange is due to a product defect or our error; otherwise, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If your return is deemed ineligible (e.g., product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging), we will notify you and have the option to either ship the product back to you (at your expense) or dispose of it, at our discretion. No refund or exchange will be processed for ineligible returns.
In the case of defective products or products damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product, and provide photos or evidence of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund, send a replacement product, or offer store credit, at your option. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for this exception.
Please note that refunds and exchanges are only processed for the original purchase amount, and we do not offer compensation for any additional costs incurred (e.g., time, inconvenience, or secondary purchases related to the return).
